Refresh does not collect, store or share any personal data about you. Your lists stay on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Refresh has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. The app does not connect to any server run by us.

What is stored on your device

Your lists, items, categories and view settings are stored locally on your iPhone. A small number of preferences, such as how you sorted the home screen, are saved in the app's own settings. None of this leaves your device unless you choose to send it.

Sharing a list

When you use "Send a copy", Refresh creates a file containing only the list's content: its name, colour, symbol, categories and items. It contains no checked states and no identifiers, and it travels only when you send it, using the share options on your device (for example Messages or Mail). Those services have their own privacy policies.

Contacting us

If you email support@getrefresh.app, we see the address and message you send and use them only to reply.

Children

Because we collect no data, Refresh collects no data from children either.

Changes

If this ever changes, for example if we add sync between devices, we will update this page and the date above before the change ships.
