Terms of Use
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Plain-language terms for using Refresh and this website.
Using the app
Refresh is provided for your personal use. You may use it on your own devices as the App Store terms allow. Please do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Your content
The lists you create are yours. They are stored on your device, and we do not see or keep them. You are responsible for the lists you share with others and for keeping your own backups.
No warranty
Refresh is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on it as the only safeguard for anything critical, such as medication or safety checks.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The date above shows when this page last changed. Continuing to use Refresh after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules.
